By teaching you how to work with your energy, we aim to help you access your inner still point, understand your desires, design a path forward, and bring more peace into your daily life. Our holistic approach offers stress reduction, pain relief, better sleep, increased energy levels, emotional healing, spiritual growth, and a newfound ease in how life comes at you.

About Me
From an early age, I have always been drawn to the unique energy of people. I didn’t realize what it was as a kid but I began seeing energy differently, shimmering off people in a way that tells me a story about them. For a long time, I thought everyone saw other people this way until I realized in adulthood that it is something that makes me different. This realization led me to ponder how this unique ability could shape my life. I believe when you have something that makes you unique, it offers a chance to bring a new and fresh perspective to the world, and it is with this intent, that I started leaning heavily into the idea that energy work could mean something for me.
I delved into both the scientific and the spiritual sides of energy work. I studied modern scientists and classic spiritualists and followed my passions as I discovered Reiki, Sound Healing, and the power of meditation. As I worked on my energy, I noticed that positive changes were happening in my life. I was connecting with myself and others in new and worthwhile ways, making room “for me” in my life and it was a beautiful thing! As the thoughts in my head changed, my vibrations changed, and I started inviting more good into my life through both the physical and energetic parts of me. As I incorporated more energy work into my life, I realized that I had an opportunity to help others do the same! Assisting others in understanding their unique energy and how they can work with their energies to improve their lives is something that is a great passion for me! I am a teacher, a continual student, and a testament of/to the blessings that can flow into your life when you commit to energy work, embracing both the physical and energetic parts of you.

Through my course of study, I have become certified as a Maryland State Life Coach, a Master Sound Healer, and a Reiki Master. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctoral Degree in Education and Professional development (with a focus on collaboration in the workplace).
